Together, Drs Celia Burrows and Dr Megan Northcote have a combined experience of 40 years in Chiropractic! They bring a wealth of knowledge to their patients and will concur on patients together, allowing the best outcome for their progress. They want patients to feel free to go between each practitioner until the patient gets what they need from their Chiropractor. Each patient is an individual and has an expectation of what they want from us. Some want a gentle approach, some will want a firmer adjustment. We are also different, having been trained in different Chiropractic Colleges has exposed us to different techniques.
Dr Celia Burrows
Celia was born and raised in Kenya and settled in the UK for eleven years after sampling life in Switzerland and the US. Celia’s time in the UK was spent at Chiropractic College in Bournemouth followed by work in Reading and Oxford.

Celia came out to Australia for a six week working holiday as a member of the first Chiropractic team to be accredited and work at an Olympic Games - the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Celia’s wanderlust for new adventures took her to New Zealand where she worked in two multidisciplinary sports clinics with people ranging from weekend warriors to elite athletes that also included wheelchair athletes.
Celia then moved to Melbourne for 9 years where she gained experience in the Gonstead method of Chiropractic as well as many other facets of Chiropractic care.
In 2016 Celia purchased Toormina Chiropractic in Coffs Harbour from the Dr Lois Clark who was in practice for over 50 years!

Dr Megan Northcote
Megan grew up on the Central Coast of NSW which is where she began her career as a Chiropractor. Megan is currently in her 13th year of practice as a Chiropractor after graduating from Macquarie University at the end of 2005. She has spent the majority of her career in her home town and since moving with her family to The Coffs Coast has joined the team at The Happy Spine.
Megan was inspired to study Chiropractic after an extremely positive chiropractic experience as a result of sporting trauma during her teenage years. Having grown up being very active in team sports Megan believes movement is the key to a happy and healthy life and is keen to work together with her patients to create a health plan that delivers the best results for each and every individual.
Megan has participated in the Inspiral Paediatrics Course in 2012 and is passionate about gentle yet effective Chiropractic for every age group.
