I started seeing Celia and Megan during my pregnancy on the recommendation of a friend, for my severe hip and back pain. Wow, they changed my pregnancy experience from one of pain and limitations to being able to walk pain free and enjoy the final stages of my pregnancy. I am continuing to work with them both post-partum and my newborn is also reaping the benefits of their extensive knowledge and expertise. I was passing through Sawtell on holidays and was 37 weeks pregnant, needing desperate relief for lower back pain. I could hardly walk/sleep or do anything when I saw Cecila and had been in agony for about a week before. Cecila was incredible and massaged and made some adjustments with lots of care. The next day I was pain free and walking. She gave me loads of tips too for my holidays and how to stay on top of my lower back pain until baby was born. I wish I lived in Sawtell to be able to see her regularly. Fabulous Chiro!

For the past few years since reaching my 40s, changing careers to Aged Care and not training I have been suffering chronic crippling and occasionally parallising back pain. I was diagnosed with a herniated disc by GPs, A&E, Physiotherapists, and against my requests not one would do imaging to confirm. " No need, its obvious, we see people like you all the time". And I took their word, after all they are the professionals. I spent a fortune on therapy and drugs.
In May this year I was ready to give up on myself when a work collegue encouraged me to go to see Celia Burrows at The Happy Spine Chiropractic but I wasn't willing as I had terribly unconvincing experiences many years prior with pregnancy back pain and recurring neck pain ...." ahh yes, click click, I'll see you for 4 days a week for 3 to 4 weeks". Leaving me with no explanations no results and an empty purse. But I decided anything is worth a try.
I have say that not only did I have immediate imaging done, a diagnosis of Scoliosis, Subluxations, Hip distortion, OA and so on. . . but I also get spinal manipulation, dietry & suppliment advice , massage, needling, laser & more.
Just as importantly I feel welcomed, comfortable, accepted and acknowledged.
